§1. The activities of the Polish Osteoporosis Portal are based on the statute of the Polish Society of Osteoarthrology, registered office: 31-501 Kraków, ul. Kopernika 32, e-mail: kontakt@osteoporoza.pl, KRS: 0000146060, NIP: 6751247247, REGON: 357522489.
§2. The aim of the PPO is to disseminate knowledge and information about osteoporosis and other bone and joint diseases for doctors and patients as well as interested persons.
§3. The materials available on the website may only be used for private use. Copying, processing, making them available to other people without the consent of the Portal administrator is prohibited.
§4. The Administrator reserves the right to remove any information that conflicts with or may cause a violation of the law, morality, ethics and cause or may cause a violation of the good of other people or institutions.
§5 The portal sends information to people who have agreed to it
§6. The authors are solely responsible for the information placed on the portal pages.
§7. Data on treatment methods contained in the portal are not medical advice. The Administrator of the Portal does not bear any responsibility for the possible consequences of posting any information in the field of health.
§8. The Administrator of the Portal reserves the right to stop providing the service with free accounts without giving reasons after informing users about such a decision.
§9 The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, "GDPR")
§10. The Portal Administrator reserves the right to make changes to these regulations. Any changes become effective when they are posted on the PPO.
