We warmly invite you to participate in the 9th CE Congress on Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis, together with the 21st Congress of the Polish Society of Osteoarthrology, which will be held online on September 28-30, 2023. Participation in our Congress is free of charge. Attendees receive 19 educational points. The number of places is limited. The order of submitted applications is decisive.
Currently, there are 1,395 registered participants from 49 countries and all continents. Outside Europe, we have representatives from: Saudi Arabia, Armenia, Australia, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Philippines, India, Iran, Guatemala, Canada, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Pakistan, Peru, Thailand, Turkey, Tunisia, USA, Vietnam.
The program will cover topics such as: progress in the diagnosis of osteoporosis and fracture risk assessment, the place of bone-forming and antiresorptive drugs in the treatment of osteoporosis, osteoporosis in metabolic diseases, challenges of long-term treatment, fractures in diabetes, osteoporotic fractures, sarcopenia and falls, analgesic therapies and others.
Papers will be presented by outstanding lecturers from Poland and abroad. The program of the Congress includes 50 lectures, including 41 in English, and lectures in Polish will be transcribed into English.
Prof. J-Y Register will deliver the inaugural lecture entitled: „Bone forming agents: are they the solution to close the gap in the treatment of osteoporosis?” .In the program, we strongly recommend, apart from others, the session entitled: „WCO-IOF-ESCEO Barcelona 2023: The most interesting lectures”, in which. lectures will be presented by: G. Altamar Canales (Colombia), M. McClung (USA) K. Javaid (UK), K. Javaid (UK) and M. Imani (Australia).
